Ms. Geeta is a Counselling Psychologist with expertise in working with patients of mental health disorders i.e. Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorder , Personality Disorders and Behavioural and Emotional Disorders in Children . She has worked with the diverse age demographics, significantly with adults age-range from 15 to 70 years . She is well-versed in different forms of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy , Couple Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centred Therapy Approaches .
