Telepsych can at any time revise the Terms and Conditions by updating this posting and/ or without any notification. Your continued use of this website/ App is contingent upon your acceptance and agreement to be bound by any such revisions, at any time.

Accessing the website/ App does not constitute physician-patient relationship. Or any relationship with any other provider in any way. Scheduling an appointment through the website/ App also does not constitute establishment of a relationship.

Person for whomappointment is made does have immediate direct patient-provider relationship just by scheduling an appointment. He/ She confers upon Telepsych, its manager/s and provider/s consent to get treatment under/ at discretion of the provider and Telepsych manager/s.

Input of information by any person is voluntary and under no duress from Telepsych. Any information provided/ appointment taken by a person/ other (informant) on behalf of another person is full responsibility of the person self/ informant. Person/ other informant will not hold Telepsych or its managers liable in any way for any reason. Person/ informant will be the only person liable for providing the information. Person/ Informant also accepts that he/ she is not providing information for defaming or with mal-intention towards any person for whom they are scheduling or taking an appointment except explicitly for helping a person seek appropriate help with that person’s consent and as per applicable law.

It is responsibility of the informant/ person scheduling an appointment to immediately inform Telepsych or its manager/s of any changes in information or intent to/ not to continue with the appointment.

Informant will be held liable for any damage – reputation, loss of income, mental trauma and others to Telepsych and its managers in case of, any claims or accusations by the person for whom appointment has been taken. This damage can be claimed by Telepsych in court of law in terms of monetary claims or other options as considered appropriate by Telepsych and its managers. He/ she agrees to pay all such legal costs, liabilities and penalties during this process.

The person for whom appointment has been taken by other person (informant) can legally/ otherwise pursue information provided by other person (informant) on their own and their expense. He/ She will not hold Telepsych liable for any misrepresentation/ mal-intention by the informant. Person whose appointment is scheduled by others on his/ her behave shall not hold any grudge/ negativity towards Telepsych.

Accuracy of the Information provided is solely responsibility of the person scheduling appointment. Any changes are his/ her responsibility and should be communicated immediately to Telepsych and its manager/s. Any confidential information/ data breach/ data being leaked is solely responsibility of the person scheduling appointment or while talking to provider/s at all times. Every effort will be made by Telepsych to secure the data, to best of Telepsych capabilities’ available at the time.

As a condition of your use of this website/ App, you warrant to Telepsych that you will not use this website/ App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

This website/ App may contain hyperlinks to literature, educational material and other website/ Apps operated by parties, which are provided for your reference only. Telepsych may not control such website/ Apps and is not at all liable and responsible for their contents.
